Free 4-Part Private Podcast

Learn to chart your cycle

A free private podcast to teach you the technique behind the symptothermal cycle charting. Free PDF charts included.

Charting is a teachable skill, not a personality type.

Maybe you just heard the word "charting" from a friend, a doctor, or somewhere online, and had no idea what it actually meant.

Maybe you've always known your body goes through some kind of monthly pattern but never had a way to actually see it.

Maybe you're simply curious what your own temperature and body signals look like, day by day, and nobody's ever shown you how to find out.

Here's the good news: this isn't complicated, and you're not behind.

Charting is tracking two biomarkers every day and recording it on a chart so a pattern can emerge over time.Nobody is born knowing how to do this.

It's a skill, and like any skill, it just needs to be taught clearly - that’s what this podcast is for.

Four short episodes to get you charting now.

Charting 101 is a private podcast built for people starting completely from zero. Each episode teaches one piece of the process, in plain language, with nothing skipped and nothing assumed. By the end of all four, you'll know exactly how to take a valid daily temperature, how to observe and describe your body's signals, and how to put it all together into a chart that actually makes sense to you.

One important thing this series does not do: it doesn't teach you how to use a chart to avoid or achieve pregnancy. That's a separate, more involved topic that deserves its own careful teaching (I run two courses on teaching the full method for conception and natural contraception).

This podcast is just about learning to observe and record accurately: the foundation everything else is built on.

We’ll cover:

  • Foundations: What charting actually is, and the two simple tools you need to begin

  • Basal Body Temperature: How to take a morning temperature the right way, step by step.

  • Cervical Mucus: What to look for, how to describe it, and how to write it down.

  • Full Chart Assembly: Bring every sign together onto one chart

Where did this come from?

I found this practice in my 20s and was seeking a non-hormonal contraception option.

I was already interested in herbalism and bodywork - but I had never considered that my cycle (which was often painful and taboo) would be a renewal resource in my life.

Not only has this practice been my primary birth control for 8+ years, but it also empowered me to seek out a fibroids diagnosis and get additional support.

Now, I know exactly where I am in my cycle and how to adjust my lifestyle accordingly with clarity and confidence.

I am a total cycle nerd, and I have made it my mission to teach others this life-changing skill.
