CycleScience
A science-backed training that will transform how you work with cycling clients
When more than 50% of the population experiences monthly hormonal cycles, how can you truly help without understanding them?
Your client is trying to conceive, but you aren’t sure what advice to give her beyond generic protocols you’d give to anyone else
A client mentions PMS symptoms that are affecting her workouts. You want to help... but you’re not sure what’s normal or when to refer her to a specialist
The menstrual cycle isn’t a niche speciality - it’s basic human physiology that affects roughly half the population for decades of their lives.
But most practitioner training programs completely skip menstrual-ovulatory health, leaving you unprepared for scenarios like:
Your treatments seem to be impacting your client differently at different times of the month, and you aren’t sure why
You’re uncomfortable when your client starts talking about period pain, and you steer the conversation back to ‘safer’ and ‘more relevant’ topics. They notice… and doesn’t book in with you again
Cycle awareness isn’t just for fertility work. It elevates every client interaction, from injury prevention to emotional resilience.
Truly holistic client care needs to include cycle literacy.
In just 8 weeks, CycleScience will give you the confidence, knowledge, and tools to integrate cycle awareness into every session you offer.
CycleScience is a mentorship for movement and health professionals looking to level up their practices with embodied understanding around menstrual-ovulatory cycles.
Imagine being able to:
Design bespoke sessions that match your clients’ hormonal rhythms
Spot cycle-related issues before they become bigger health concerns
Build trust as a go-to women’s health resource in your community
Taught by a Fertility Awareness Educator and a licensed acupuncturist, this online course will provide a deep dive into the menstrual-ovulatory cycle, from anatomy & physiology to provide tools to support clients through cycle challenges and at different stages of life.
Learn more about practitioners already incorporating cycle literacy into their practice:
-
“It’s helped me catch underlying issues sooner and offer care that feels more validating and precise, especially for clients dealing with chronic pelvic pain, fatigue, or GI symptoms that fluctuate throughout the month.”
-
“It has… opened interesting conversations with clients who don't fully understand the rhythms of their cycle, but have a curiosity about it in relation to other symptoms they are experiencing in a cyclical way.”
-
“The tools I’ve been given have allowed me to ask specific and relevant questions, allowing me to more effectively engage with, treat, and program for my clients.”
-
“Before I began learning about cycle literacy, my practice was missing an important piece of the puzzle. I supported clients through a wide range of pelvic health concerns, but I often found myself with unanswered questions about how their symptoms might shift throughout the month. My intake process didn’t include in-depth cycle questions, and I sometimes overlooked how hormonal rhythms could be impacting pain, mood, and various other symptoms. Now, I integrate cycle history questions into every intake, tailor each session to cycle phases, and empower clients with knowledge about their own bodies. It has been transformative for my work in pelvic and women's health!”

The menstrual-ovulatory cycle is a “Fifth Vital Sign” for anyone who is cycling.
Throughout the cycle, hormonal fluctuations affect everything from energy levels and sleep patterns to pain sensitivity and emotional well-being.
The cycle can also tell us about a person’s local ecosystem, such as how they are processing endocrine disruptors and stress.
It’s an important window into understanding clients holistically - and a healthy cycle is a marker for your client’s overall vitality, whether or not you want to conceive.
