Taught by a Fertility Awareness Educator and a licensed acupunturist, this online course will provide a deep dive into the menstrual-ovulatory cycle, from anatomy & physiology to provide tools to support clients through cycle challenges and at different stages of life.

8 weeks of comprehensive online training featuring:

    • Identify key symptoms and characteristics of common menstrual disorders such as:

      • PCOS

      • Endometriosis

      • Fibroids

      • Hypothalamic Amenorrhea

      • Vulvodynia

    • Understand the underlying pathophysiology of major conditions

    • Recognize when to seek medical evaluation and what questions to ask

    • Understand the physiological processes of puberty and sexual development

    • Identify normal variations and concerning signs during pubertal development

    • Understand common challenges for clients TTC and when to seek professional support

    • Distinguish between perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause stages

    • Understand the hormonal changes and their systemic effects

    • Identify common symptoms and their underlying mechanisms

    • Apply framework of cycle adaptation to your practice

    • Develop tools to dialogue with clients about their cycle

    • Develop a sustainable practice that honors natural rhythms

    • Establish effective patient education and cycle-tracking systems

    • Create and implement a practical cycle-informed practice toolkit

    • Assess patient symptoms and conditions through a cycle-informed lens

    • Develop individualized treatment protocols that align with hormonal fluctuations
