In this 60-minute live class with Diana May, you’ll learn how chronic pain is shaped by the nervous system—and how small, gentle practices can create real shifts.
We’ll explore pain science in a simple, digestible way, then take a short tour of the brainstem and the cranial nerves that shape tension, posture, stress and safety.
You’ll then be guided through a grounding 30-minute practice including an eye-softening exercise, self-massage for the neck, and gentle jaw + head work to leave you feeling more spacious and at ease.
This class will take place over Zoom. All participants will receive a Zoom link within 72 hours of the class.
Registrants will have access to the recording for 48 hours after the class date.
