The Yin & Yang of the Menstrual Cycle with Kenna Bouvet

$20.00

May 19th
5:30pm-7pm EST

This talk will explore the dynamic interplay of yin and yang throughout the menstrual cycle, viewed through the lens of Chinese Medicine. We’ll examine how qi, blood, yin, and yang shape the phases of the cycle, and how the movement and transformation of substances ensure smooth flow and continuity.

By bridging this with a biomedical and hormonal perspective, we’ll deepen our understanding of how internal changes manifest through bodily sensations, emotions, and fluids. Participants will gain tools to observe and interpret their own cycles, learning how to identify imbalances and respond with practices that support greater balance. When we can recognize what each phase of our cycle is asking for, we begin to gain agency over our health and body.

This class if for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the menstrual cycle.

This class will take place over Zoom. All participants will receive a Zoom link within 72 hours of the class.
