General Policies
By enrolling in, accessing, or using this online course CycleScience (the "Course"), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.
This Course provides educational content related to body literacy, health awareness, wellness practices, cycle health, and related topics. The Course is designed for educational and informational purposes only and is intended to help students develop greater understanding of their bodies and wellness practices.
This Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided in this Course is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have learned in this Course. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately. The Course content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition
Enrollment in this Course does not create a healthcare provider-patient, coach-client, or any other professional service relationship between you and the instructor(s) or Company. The Course provides general educational information only.
By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge and agree that the Course is not intended as a substitute for other health and wellness training, clinical supervision, accreditation, certification and/or licensing. Your activities in the health and wellness space are subject to your education, qualifications, and licensure that may vary state by state or country by country.
Participating in the Course does not independently authorize you to diagnose, prescribe regimens, supplements, or medications, or treat clients.
By participating in Earth Body’s programs, you agree to allow Earth Body LLC and its designated agents to use, reproduce, and display any testimonial about your experience in this program in promotional materials.
Course Access and Content
Upon full payment of tuition, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content for your personal, non-commercial use during the access period.
Earth Body LLC may limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs at any time without refund at its sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.
Upon termination, your right to access the Course ends immediately, and you must cease all use of Course content.
We may update, modify, or discontinue Course content at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain content indefinitely.
Student Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree to:
Use the Course content responsibly and for its intended educational purpose
Not share login credentials or Course content with others
Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and instructors
Participate respectfully in any Course community features
Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
You agree not to:
Use the Course for any unlawful purpose
Share or distribute Course content without permission
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack Course systems
Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in Course forums
Payment Terms
You may withdraw up until 14 days prior to the start date of the program. If you withdraw, you will be given a refund of any amount you’ve paid minus an administrative fee of $150, which is non-refundable. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund in writing via email.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your Course purchase.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, audio, images, graphics, exercises, worksheets, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Course content
Share, sell, or transfer your Course access to others
Use Course content for commercial purposes
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
In registering for this program you agree that for 5 years after enrolling you will not create any online or in-person training in cycle literacy that is in competition with CycleScience or other Earth Body programs.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability.
While we believe our Course content is valuable, we make no guarantees about your specific outcomes, health improvements, or results from using the Course.
By enrolling in the Course, you understand that this offering is for educational purposes only. You acknowledge that this information is not a substitute for, nor does it replace, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The use of information provided in program materials is solely at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE COURSE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
Enrolling in the Course does not create professional advice or create a professional relationship. Earth Body LLC makes no representations or warranties about class accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
By enrolling in any Course at Earth Body, you herby release Earth Body LLC from all liability for any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to you resulting therefrom. You agree at all times to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Earth Body LLC and its designated agents, their successors, guest instructors, transferees, assignees and licensees and their respective parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers, directors, shareholders and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses,
We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the course.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes arising under or concerning this Agreement are to be submitted to binding arbitration, in New York, NY to be resolved in accordance with the laws of New York State, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that you may only bring claims against us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action.The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Other Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Course.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
By enrolling in this Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
