ADHD & The Menstrual Cycle with Danielle Keiser

$29.00

June 23rd
12pm-1:30pm

In this 75 minute online workshop, Women’s Health Advisor, Educator & Certified Holistic Hormone Coach Danielle Keiser will guide us through an educational share covering:

  • The neurobiology and physiology of ADHD in menstruating individuals

  • How hormonal fluctuations across the menstrual cycle affect ADHD symptoms (executive function, focus, emotional regulation, energy, etc.)

  • Cycle-tracking as an ADHD management tool (not just a fertility thing)

  • The "invisible disability" intersection: ADHD + menstrual health challenges

  • Work accommodations that can support both ADHD and menstrual health needs

This class will be held online via Zoom. You will receive an email with the Zoom link upon registration. Please contact us if you do not receive this link in advance of the class date.

The class recording will be available to all registrants for 30 days following the class.

Danielle Keiser is a Global Menstrual Health Educator, Hormone Coach, and unapologetic champion of body wisdom, vitality, and feminine power. She has spent the past 12+ years turning her curiosity about periods, hormones, and the female body into a full-blown movement. From launching Menstrual Hygiene Day (28 May) to founding the Menstrual Health Hub and helping define “menstrual health” for the world, she guides women (and the companies that employ them!) to reconnect with their cycles, navigate perimenopause with confidence, and build hormone-friendly lives that actually feel good.
