Free Intro to Cycle Literacy for Practitioners with Kenna Bouvet & Kate Douglas

$0.00

August 15th
12pm-1pm EST

Despite menstrual/fertility issues being among the most common concerns folks bring to alternative health practitioners, most practitioners have never considered their clients’ menstrual-ovulatory cycle as a key indicator of their overall well-being.

In this free intro class, we’ll explore how cycle literacy can transform your practice and deepen your ability to support clients’ health.

This class is designed for healthcare practitioners, wellness professionals, doulas, yoga instructors, therapists, and anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of cyclical health.

We’ll cover:

  • The foundations of cycle science, including the phases of the menstrual cycle & relevant physiological shifts

  • The cycle in clinical assessment, drawing on TCM as a resource

  • Practical applications for integrating cycle literacy into your practice

Bonus:

  • VIP early access list signup for our upcoming CycleScience course

This class will take place over Zoom. All participants will receive a Zoom link within 72 hours of the class.

Registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the class date.
