June 13th
11am-12:15pm EST
This 75-minute class explores the body as one connected pressure system: jaw, diaphragm, belly, spine, and pelvic floor.
We will use somatic movement, breathwork, gentle release, and awareness to understand how tension in one area can affect the whole system. When the jaw clenches, the throat may tighten. When the diaphragm is restricted, the belly and pelvic floor may hold. When the pelvic floor grips, the breath often loses rhythm.
Through slow mobility, 360-degree breathing, humming, pelvic floor release, rib movement, and integration, we will help the body remember how to soften, coordinate, and breathe as one.
This class is for anyone feeling shallow breath, jaw tension, throat holding, belly gripping, pelvic tightness, stress posture, or a sense of being “held together” from the inside.
Prepare a chair, a tennis ball, a chopstick & scarf or towel.
