Ever feel like your menstrual cycle is working against you? Discover how to work with your cycle by supporting your body and hormones with the right nutrition. In this class, you'll learn how food can help you achieve a healthy, regular, and painless menstrual cycle.
We'll explore how food influences hormone production, detoxification, blood sugar, and the nervous system - and how these factors connect to common period symptoms like PMS, breakouts, mood swings, cravings, cramps, and irregular bleeding.
We'll explore how your body's shifting hormones create changing nutritional needs throughout the month, and leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of your cycle, and a sense of empowerment and compassion for your body and hormones.
This class will take place over Zoom. All participants will receive a Zoom link within 72 hours of the class.
Registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the class date.
