In this talk, Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist Samantha Rigoli will share simple, science-backed ways to nourish your body, strengthen digestion, and optimize nutrition so you can feel your best through each transition.

Samantha Rigoli, MPH, RD is a Registered Dietitian, Functional Nutritionist, and founder of Healthy to the Core NYC. With more than 15 years of experience, she specializes in helping women navigate perimenopause, menopause, gut health, and hormone balance so they can reclaim energy, clarity, and confidence in their bodies.
