You deserve more than just “getting through” postpartum; you deserve to thrive.

In this class, we’ll explore the real nourishment your body craves: the warm, mineral-rich foods and habits that heal, rebuild, and restore your strength on a deep level.

You’ll walk away with:

  • The Physiology of Postpartum Nutrition - A grounded understanding of how to use real food as medicine for healing, milk supply, tissue repair, and hormone balance. An approachable look at what your body is actually doing in postpartum and how to nourish it deeply.

  • Meal-Building Frameworks for Nourishment - Practical tools to build meals that support recovery: warm, mineral-rich foods, nutrient-dense staples, and sustainable eating rhythms that go far beyond quick snacks or survival mode.

  • Blood Sugar + Energy Regulation for Mothers - Strategies for supporting stable energy, mood, and digestion through balanced meals and mindful pairing are aligned with the realities and rhythms of newborn life and the ongoing demands of motherhood.

  • Understanding Postpartum Needs (Without Diet Culture) - Insights into postpartum cravings, depletion, emotional shifts, and why your body feels the way it does plus how to respond with nourishment instead of restriction.

  • Long-Term Nourishment for Thriving Motherhood - A compassionate approach to sustaining nutrition long after the “immediate” postpartum window. How to stay grounded, well-fed, and supported through infancy, toddlerhood, and the evolving seasons of motherhood.

This class is not just for the freshly postpartum mother, it’s designed for:

  • Women days or weeks postpartum

  • Mothers anywhere in their first year

  • Those years into motherhood who want to rebuild, replenish, and finally understand their nutritional needs on a deeper level

Because postpartum isn’t six weeks: it’s a whole chapter of life. And it’s never too late to nourish yourself well.

This class will be held online over Zoom. Class link will be shared with all enrolled participants within 72 hours of the share.

Registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the class date.
