MacKenzie Momper is a Birthfit Coach, doula, and postpartum nutritionist devoted to helping mothers feel nourished, grounded, and at home in their bodies again.

Her work was born out of her own transformational passage into motherhood an initiation that showed her how deeply women need support, real nourishment, and a place to land after birth.

Through her Well-Fed Momma Method, MacKenzie weaves food-as-medicine principles, mineral-rich nourishment, postpartum physiology, and nervous system care into a simple, sustainable approach that honors the mother-baby dyad.

Her mission is to remind women that they deserve more than survival. They deserve to feel held, strong, replenished, and deeply supported.
