By enrolling in, accessing, or using any online course or class offered by Earth Body LLC (the “Course” or “Courses”), you ("Student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Course.

I understand I am accepting care from a Fertility Awareness and Sexual/Reproductive Health Educator.

I understand that my Educator is not a doctor and all advice and suggestions given are not intended to diagnose or treat. I hold full and complete responsibility for my health care, my contraception and my fertility choices. I will not hold the educator or Earth Body LLC responsible for any undesired outcomes. 

All courses offered through Earth Body LLC are for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided in these Courses is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Your activities in the health and wellness space are subject to your education, qualifications, and licensure that may vary state by state or country by country.

By participating in Earth Body’s programs, you agree to allow Earth Body LLC and its designated agents to use, reproduce, and display any testimonial about your experience in this program in promotional materials.

You permit my charts, chart notes and intake form to be shared with your educator's mentors and with fellow students in a classroom setting for educational purposes only and for supervised decision-making on the case.

I also permit my charts, chart notes and intake to be used anonymously by Earth Body LLC for research and teaching purposes in the future.
