An online gathering for those living with endometriosis who want real, usable resources + not just another pamphlet
Dec 4th + 5th, 2026
Endo Circle
The Earth Body
This is a two-day online gathering with practitioners across nutrition, movement, pelvic health, nervous system regulation, and more
Most resources stop at "here's what endometriosis is." This summit starts where those leave off: with the pragmatic, holistic tools you can actually put to use in your daily life, from people who've spent their careers building exactly that toolkit.
You already know what endo is. What you need is tools to help you live your life.
You've read the articles and know the terminology. What's harder to find is the practical stuff: what to eat on a flare day versus a good day, which movement actually nourishes rather than drains you, how to calm your nervous system when pain has your whole body on high alert, how to talk to a doctor in a way that gets you taken seriously.

Itinerary
Day One
-
35 minutes of movement to "dance' with the sensations, emotional and physical, existing within your tissues. Living with endometriosis, many of us have had our symptoms and experiences undermined or dismissed which has created a greater divide between ourselves and the brilliance of our bodies. Within this 35 minute class, we allow the truth of our bodies to speak by mobilizing our joints, awakening our fascial body and bringing our circulatory systems to vibrating life.
-
Somatic Rx by Jules Bakshi is part journaling, part discussion, and part guided movement and somatic exploration—a space to slow down, tune in, and listen to what your body is communicating in the present moment.
Through prompts, conversation, breath, sensation, different kinds of movement, and moments of stillness, Jules invites participants to explore the body from the inside out—without choreography, performance, or pressure to move in any particular way. The practice creates space for curiosity, choice, pleasure, rest, and self-trust.
Somatic Rx offers an opportunity to relate to the body not as something to fix or manage, but as a source of information, intuition, agency, and connection.
No movement experience is necessary, and everything offered is an invitation. Participants are encouraged to adapt, rest, or opt out at any time.

In this pre-recorded lecture from Dr. Iris Orbuch, she will cover:
The truth about endometriosis as a systemic, inflammatory disease
Why everything your gynecologist told you about endometriosis is usually outdated & wrong
Understanding the systemic symptoms of endometriosis.
Explaining why excision of endometriosis is the gold standard
Explaining a multidisciplinary approach to endometriosis with excision of endometriosis at the cornerstone of management of endometriosis
-
Join us for a discussion and Q&A with co-directors Sammy Jaye and Soraya Simi, the team behind End of the Cycle, the feature-length documentary from The Endometriosis Collective that has deepened the national conversation about endometriosis.
Moderated by Kate Helen Downey, host and creator of the podcast CRAMPED, this conversation will go behind the scenes of making End of the Cycle. Downey brings her own decades-long journey with undiagnosed period pain and eventual endometriosis diagnosis to the conversation. Audience Q&A to follow.

In this live session with certified Fertility Awareness Educator Kate Douglas, you’ll learn the basics of symptothermal charting as a support tool to help manage endometriosis.
Charting can go beyond confirming ovulation into other aspects of endometriosis supporrt, including identifying possibly flare-up triggers and providing concrete data for your healthcare provider.
In this session, we will cover:
The 2 fertility signs your body gives you every single cycle (and why most tracking apps may be failing you)
The science behind the symptothermal method (including studies!)
What your charts can tell you beyond natural contraception, including some common symptoms that may need deeper investigation
How to chart additional secondary signs specific to endometriosis
-
This endometriosis workshop will be a deep dive into getting to know your unique endometriosis intimately. Endometriosis is not a one-size-fits-all diagnosis, and Chinese medicine recognizes that.
In this class, we will discuss the various TCM patterns that tend to show up under the umbrella diagnosis of endometriosis, we will discuss what the current research is, what tools are available to us for management, surgery prep and recovery, supportive foods to reach for, breakdown common “diets” thrown out for endometriosis, discuss how to prioritize your emotional well-being while navigating this condition, and more.
Endometriosis deserves personalized care, and Chinese medicine by design sees your experience as entirely unique to you. Kyla is honored to hold space for this important discussion and hopefully bring a new perspective and a hopeful path forward to the management of your endo.

Gentle Dances for Endometriosis is a somatic-informed series of accessible practices that utilizes slow, intuitive dance medicine as an entry point to map the spectrum of sensations arising in the body from a place of vast compassion. Gentle Dances offers practical tools to relieve and soften symptom flare ups related to imbalances in the menstrual cycle and endometriosis.
As someone living with endometriosis, practices shared here are embodied tools I use throughout my cycle that help me be present with the sometimes severe experiences in my body without retreating, judging, or overriding the signals from my womb.

Endometriosis care has traditionally centered on diagnosis, hormones, and surgery. But for many patients, removing disease is only one part of getting well.
In this class, Alex Mufson, LCSW, will introduce the EndoRehab model: a whole-system approach to rehabilitation after years of pain, inflammation, metabolic disruption, nervous system adaptation, deconditioning, and medical trauma. We’ll explore why symptoms can persist even after excellent excision surgery, how neuroimmune, metabolic, musculoskeletal, and autonomic systems can become part of the clinical picture, and why recovery often requires more than simply waiting for the body to heal.
Attendees will learn how to identify the systems that may still need rehabilitation, what useful next-step assessment can look like, and how to begin building a more complete roadmap toward strength, function, metabolic health, and a life that is no longer organized around endometriosis.
We will cover:
The gap in endometriosis care. Diagnosis → hormones → surgery → “you’re healed.” I will explain why that pathway can leave people confused when pathology has been addressed but their body still doesn't function normally.
What years of endometriosis can do beyond the lesions themselves. Introduce the interconnected systems without turning it into an exhaustive physiology lecture: neuroimmune signaling and persistent pain, autonomic regulation, metabolic health/insulin signaling, pelvic floor and musculoskeletal compensation, strength/deconditioning, sleep and recovery, nutrition/micronutrient status, and medical trauma/threat physiology.
Why persistent symptoms don't automatically mean recurrent endometriosis. This is a really important section because it is a huge gap in Endo care education for patients. Pain, fatigue, exercise intolerance, GI symptoms, dizziness, sleep disruption, weight/metabolic changes, pelvic tension, etc. can warrant investigation across multiple systems rather than assuming either “the surgery failed” or “it's psychological.”
The EndoRehab framework. I will introduce our unique model. Assess → identify the dominant physiologic bottlenecks → stabilize → rehabilitate → progressively rebuild capacity. Show how bloodwork, history, symptoms, movement/function, metabolic markers, nervous-system patterns, and targeted testing can create an individualized roadmap.
What rehabilitation can actually look like. Give concrete examples: correcting iron/vitamin D or other deficiencies, metabolic intervention when indicated, appropriately progressive strength work, autonomic/vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic PT, sleep support, nutrition, medications or therapeutics through appropriate prescribers, and regulatory rehabilitation/medical-trauma work.
How to know what you need next. End with a practical “where do I start?” framework. That gives attendees something genuinely useful even if they never become clients.

Endometriosis was first described by surgeons, so there’s been a century of hyperfocus on the lesions. But lesions may be only part of the story. In this session, Dr. Lara Briden will explore how looking beyond lesions can open up additional avenues for understanding and treating pelvic pain. She’ll also survey some of the latest research into endometriosis as a disease of immune dysfunction, including an update on the bacterial contamination hypothesis.
