In this practical workshop your facilitator Ines Tielas from the Hysteric Wombs Social Club will take you on an experimental tour of your birth chart as a way of better understanding, and working with your menstrual cycle. We will look at your Moon, Venus, Mars and Saturn signs for clues on what herbs you can work with to nourish your menstrual cycle, and how to make the most of each phase by attuning to the energetics of the planets.
This 75min workshop is designed as a companion for your fertility awareness journey. A way to bring more joy, play, magic, and understanding into your relationship with your menstrual cycle.
You can attend even if you don't know your exact time of birth. Your date of birth is enough to get the information we need :) This workshop is suuuuper suitable for beginners!!

Ines (she/they) is a menstrual literacy educator and astrologer, founder of the @hystericwombssocialclub and @heresyastrology. Their work is all about helping people reclaim agency over their bodies, so they can live bold, empowered, deliciously free lives.
