Your Energetic Blueprint: PCOS archetype through Chinese Medicine with Gabrielle Stratton
February 3, 2026
6pm-7pm EST
Discover your unique pattern and simple ways to support your body & mind.
PCOS doesn’t look or feel the same for everybody, and Chinese Medicine helps explain why.
In this class, we’ll explore six archetypes that describe how PCOS can manifest in the body. Through simple language and relatable metaphors, you’ll learn how patterns of PCOS are thought of in Chinese Medicine.
We’ll walk through a short quiz to help you identify your own archetype, and you’ll receive practical, everyday tips tailored to each type - including supportive habits, mindset tools, and lifestyle ideas inspired by TCM principles.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking a deeper understanding of your body, this class offers a compassionate, empowering way to make sense of your PCOS and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
This class is open to those who may have received a PCOS diagnosis as well as practitioners/educators who want to incorporate lifestyle, nutrition information, and begin to differentiate types of PCOS.
This class will be held online over Zoom. Class link will be shared with all enrolled participants within 72 hours of the share.
Registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the class date.
