Focus on the relationship between your Psoas and all aspects (and ages) of sexual health, exploring pleasure, full-body orgasm, and core integrity.
Psoas as a primal messenger located within the very center of our being communicating our deepest fears and our wildest longings. Integral to feeling centered, balanced and whole this fluid neuro-rich tissue vitality affects digestion, bladder functioning, sexual pleasure and all phases of a woman’s reproductive health from menstrual cramps and reproductive health to vaginal birth and menopause.
This workshop is exclusively open to those with wombs. Space is extremely limited, and early enrollment is suggested.
There are several partial scholarships for this workshop available upon request. Please reach out if this tuition presents a barrier for you.

Liz Koch is an international educator, author, and creator of CoreAwareness™ focusing on awareness as key for developing human potential and awakening creativity.
