Body as Garden: Earth-Based Wisdom for Women's Vitality with Courtney Cosgriff
Recorded May 27, 2025
In ancient times, women and the Earth were seen as one—both life-giving, cyclical, and sacred. In this workshop, we return to that deep remembering. Through the lens of herbal medicine and direct relationship with the living Earth, we’ll explore how tending to our bodies as we would a garden restores vitality, fertility, and feminine wisdom.
This class will be grounded in relationship with the earth. We will dive into building fertility and vitality through herbalism and wise woman traditions. In viewing ourselves and bodies as a reflection of earth, we come into deeper relationship with plants when working with them.
Registrants will have access to the recording for 30 days after the class date.
